"Loading Screen of Death"

I posted this in the general section, but I feel it is more at home on the support page.

Hello everyone,

I have been running into a consistent issue with the post-game loading screens. When I finish a MP game, I am taken to a loading screen where my game will “freeze” and I have to jump out to the Xbox Home and quit the MCC manually. This happens about 90% of the time I find a MP match, which is rare now anyways, and causes me to have to spend time quitting/restarting the MCC over and over again. This error only seems to have taken effect after the initial server update to try and fix the matchmaking issues.

Am I the only one experiencing this issue? Or have you gotten the “loading screen of death” as well?

I too have this issue and it started for me yesterday. Now does it after every matchmaking game I play. Hard resets don’t seem to help, must be a server/dev problem.

I am also having this problem. Hopefully it is resolved.

Same here guy.

Same issue, only managed to find my first match, black screen after the end of the game when it was trying to load back into the main menu.

This is happening a lot. Match ends, no countdown timer, just the match report…or worse, it freezes like you described (either on the MCC title screen or a black screen) and you gotta restart MCC.

I’m glad I’m not the only one having this issue. It is making it difficult to play with a party because most of us have to reset the game after every MP match, and thats when we actually find one.
