since a few months after buying the game, it hasn’t ever let me on forge world, all the campaign missions after New Alexandria, sword base or zealot or any variations of them. I just had enough time to complete campaign on legendary solo and make a few maps on forge world, but now i cant even use forge world because it loads to 42% then says ‘load failure’. Forge world was the best part of Reach, so I cant wait for halo 4.
check your gamer profile in the memory storage section of the xbox 360. it sounds like what you have is a game that won’t write to your profile.
if it says something like your profile is corrupted, try downloading it again.
It’s a problem with your disc, I had the same one and I fixed it by borrowing a friend’s and installing it to my hard drive. As long as the Xbox detects a CD inside the tray of the game which is installed to your hard drive then you can play the maps which can’t be loaded otherwise. Sorry if I did a horrible job at explaining.
I know this works because countless of my friends suffered the same problem and fixed it this way and I also had this problem and I fixed it that way too.
Try this and also I would recommend deleting your profile and downloading your profile again from Xbox Live. That should help.
