[LOAD ERROR] Theater mode

Hi,
I am having load error issue on the theater mode of Halo 5.
The complete message state like this:
“LOAD ERROR. An error occurred while attempting to load the film. Please ensure your privacy settings allow you to view content from other players.”

This is happening for all the RECENT FILMS from a month ago and older.
I already tried changing my privacy settings to ‘Adult’ , also customize the settings to be open for everyone and still don’t work.

Could someone check this, I wish to bookmark some of the old recent films I have there.

Unfortunately, it could be a corruption. Best thing you can try at this point is to find the game on your game history here and bookmark the film again. The one that contains the whole match usually works. I’ve only ever experienced issues at times with matches where I join in progress.

Too bad.

That may be why. When you bookmark, it’s not saving a local copy. Your system is essentially “linking” to the same file you’re bookmarking from the site. If it’s not working here because it’s unavailable then it’s gone for good.

Hopefully infinite let’s us save a local copy of the film like past titles did
