Living Dead Playlist = No More

Ok in Halo 4 I really want double exp to be back…I loved every week some new awesome playlist would be there (Grifball, Infection, etc.)

but now since they created the infection playlist it just doesn’t feel the same…the last time I played in that playlist was like 1 year ago…

I just want that “feel” of getting home & seeing what the awesome double exp playlist was for that week…

anyone know what I mean? =/

infection itself needs an overhaul. If they’re ever going to make a playlist permanent or temporary, there needs to be appropriate maps for it, and the mechanics need to be fixed.

yeah i know what you mean, bungie thought (or at least it seems like they did) “hey people love this, let make it permenant” but it’s not as good having it all the time.

also they sohuld have more maps and gametypes (remember speed deamons on avalanche or creeping death on snowbound?)

Yep :frowning:

I want double exp back as well. Don’t know why they don’t have something like it in Reach. Maybe bc they think challenges to the same thing but to me they are different.

I remember Zombies on Foundation. Infection will never get better than that IMO.

and the famous infected manor!

That was the best feeling ever! Getting home calling up all of my buddies to get online and play some griffball or some infection was amazing!! I want to see it incorporated into Halo 4 as well!!

I think what made it better in Halo 3 was the fact Bungie went out of the way to make the maps feel like an actual outbreak was occurring. Every map had a touch down to it, that made it look as if a panic had happened and everything was a mess.

It should be a weekend playlist. It needs to be looked at consistently and changed to keep fresh, but for some reason it’s also one of the most popular playlists. Crazy. It must be doing something right. Personally if I wanted to blast “zombies” I’d play Left 4 Dead.

This.

That said, wouldn’t it make sense if there was a good Foundation remake put in the Living Dead playlist with the Zombies settings as a homage to the origins of Infection?

Plus the fact that it was a hell of a lot of fun. The downside is, you aren’t playing Halo 2 but still.

They need to remove it. It should be on weekend playlists or in action bag or something. Having its own playlist is ridiculous.

I remember when I saw like 7,000 people playing Team Slayer and 10,000 playing Living Dead. It made ANGER.

This makes no sense, it’s popular…get rid of it! Unbeatable logic mate. It can still be fun and be a permanent playlist, it just isn’t done correctly in Reach.

  1. Double credit playlist (Sure)

  2. No living Dead playlist (NO!)
