so i bet there is a lot of you excited people due to the new maps being added to living dead and just can’t wait to have a play on them, so, here is the links to most of the maps.

note: the actual maps in matchmaking MAY have been edited slightly by 343i so if there are any edits we have to wait till tuesday to find out what they are, if any.

thanks, though, there is 2 parts to the map that are an ugly fix because of the extreme limitations that zealot provides, i spent hours hand placing those pieces making sure that you could not squeeze past, you can in as the monitor in one spot, just and you need the boost to do so and the gap is only big enough for a spartan to go through feet first and since it’s a wall that’s fine.

if anyone hasn’t figured out yet, the center aesthetic feature is destroyable, you can destroy the antennas to create a jump up from ring 2 to ring 3.

Just curious, but are any of these maps Forge World variants? Or are they edited versions of the same maps? I pray for an improved Countdown, Swordbase, and Boardwalk.

edited versions of default maps, one is forgeworld but still just an edited version of a default map, this one is bedlam.

i enjoy bedlam the most, gnappy really did go and nuke this map quite literally.

IMO the reason to you see more maps made from the diskloaded or dlc maps is because of the limited pieces that you can use.

no, the reason default maps are used is because the maps for Living Dead have to compatible with 4 player split screen, this rule out practically every good forged map.

I would rather have it down at 2. Most of the population of LD is all randoms. I have never seen 3 guests in Living Dead… EVER.

i’ve seen 3 guests before but i agree, it should be limited to 2, one for performance and allows better maps and two to fight guest boosting.

I strongly agree army, if someone is running a four player split-screen they should be running customs anyway. Limiting MM to 1-2 live guests is the way to go.

No I’m being serious, I have yet to see a really good forged map made from a non forge world produced map. Besides MLG zealot. Uplink stinks.
