But 343i announces Specializations.
This is why Halo 4 is not COD and will be way different and better. I am tired of the comparisons you now see the direction 343i is leading the way on. I think Stalker and Operator will be really cool additions to the Halo Franchise. Possibly game breaker.

I think specializations look awesome! I can’t wait to try them all out in game.

That’s your opinion.
Comparing them is what needs to happen. Not kids calling Halo4 COD. We need to see their differences.

I think I know that. But now both games are differencing themselves, why not compare instead of saying Halo is COD.
I also agree specializations are ******* amazing with the new armor abilities.
i think all the specs. are really cool it has variety and you can always change up how you want to play its going to make the game fun and playing will be full of new excitment

live streaming for customs whats the point in that, and whats the ranking system for BlOps 2?
343 hasn’t announced a ranking system yet, and live streaming is something that >5% of players will use.

plus the live streaming is only in custom games.

You do know that MLG is a custom gametype, right?

The problem is that in order for the game (at least with Reach) is that it had to be edited so much to be competitive that it was basically 2 different games. The game shouldn’t have to be so customized. If you look at League of Legends and SC2, you see that they are able to play the game straight out of the box and it is competitive.
Another huge issue is the lack of a spectator mode. In order for Halo to be streamed at an event like MLG is requires 8 times the streaming equipment. It makes it much less feasible to host tournaments. The lack of a spectator mode also makes it impossible to host tournaments and online tournaments at the quality of many other titles.
Thirdly, Bungie never put in any effort besides a playlist into growing the competitive community. If you look at Blizzard, Riot Games, and even Treyarch now they put both time and money to grow their competitive community. Blizzard created their World Championship Series. Riot just announced their season 3 with team salaries and a rumored 10+ million prize pool, using their own money. Treyarch just hastr0 as their eSports head and added streaming capabilities into their game. Unless 343i takes the time and effort it is going to get left behind in the dust once again.
I’m not thrilled with the Halo news that was recently revealed, but I’m not going and lovin all up on CoD.
Love seeing everyone a month ago “CoD sucks and doesn’t change and bla bla bla.”
Now Halo has some bad news (to most people) and they are jumping all over the CoD bandwagon. How much more pathetic can you people get? Atleast Halo is changing. I don’t care what you people say about CoD, because I watched the MP video and to my out of control suprise… it looked exactly the same.
Be my guest and go play CoD, but my God don’t say Halo sucks because of its changes and say CoD is better for being the same 5 years in a row.
