How exactly is this game supposed to be a live service at this point? I get the first season being extended was because of growing pains but another 6 month season? Even CoD has a better live service offering than this and they’re on a year/ year and a half live span.

I think “Live Service” is becoming a catchphrase that companies like to smack onto their products just for show. Ya know, just another one of those typical marketing phrases that are designed to sound consumer friendly or clever but are really put there as bait to lure you in.

Live service just PR talk. just like the “10 year plan” lie. it’s just there to sound good and lure people with good faith in, in the hopes they will spend money on MTs. and people still believe it for some reason, despite the many, many bad examples set by the video game industry for years now. (anthem for example)

Halp infinite is not the best but the other games ( minus halo 4 and 5) can still beat cod to this day.

Who knows? Despite whatever their difficulty is, & other game mechanics aren’t complete either. I can’t say for sure if they are stretching themselves thin or if they need more experience adjusting everything. For online side of things i can see why the game took a popularity dip for players to go back to playing other halo titles with what’s currently unfinished.
