Im glad you came to the forums about this. While this definitely needs to be patched, however there is a quick fix you must do before you hop into queue.
First things first, you need to pick johnson as your leader. Yeah, i know it sucks… But anyways once your game starts, immediately your gonna want to rush warthogs and capture all the supply generators on the map. Once you do that you need to rush to tech 4 and start to spawn in scorpions. Once you reach 140 population you need to pause the game and head to the xbox store. This part is crucial!
Find the custom paint job dlc and buy it for your opponent. Send it as a xbox gift and then tell them that you need them to equip the skin through settings. Now go bacc to halowars 2 and unpause your multiplayer game. Build 3 shield generators and call in your hero unit, jerome. When you finally see your opponent’s grunts use inferno on them but do NOT kill them with it.
After that their plasma bolts should be green.

You know what really grinds my gears? The fact when you get two Spartans to fight it takes about 10 spartan lasers or rockets to kill each other. This is so unrealistic. I will sell my game unless my simple requests are met…
Buff Jeromes Mantis and buff Cutters Infantry. Buff Atriox and bring back Kinsanos jackrabbits. Nerf Forge and Isabelle as they are both OP.
