can I just say you can still get the Librarian emblem, you can still join the feedback group , answer a questionnaire, they send it to you. i got mine last month.

Hey OP, the Halo Channel emblem should be in the general REQ pool as of April last year. The promotion was discontinued after a few months

I signed up in December 2016 and haven’t received an e-mail containing one yet. Also, when did you sign up for the program?

As far as I understand it they are sent out pretty infrequently and after you fill one out there is a decently long wait for the req pack too.

I must have signed up around December time, they sent me one in January regarding halo wars 2, filled it out, maybe a week later I got the emblem.
