When did they confirm Red vs. Blue terminals? I believe the term used was “Easter eggs”. That doesn’t necessarily mean it will be a terminal.

I think he might for a space to be there.
Skulls are pretty much confirmed, as there’s an achievement for completing a mission with three of them on (kinda hard to do without skulls in the game).

Well, Reach has skulls as modifiers, but you don’t find any of them in the campaign, you have them at the beginning of the game.
…I hope we have to look for the skulls this time.

Mebe an idiot. Even so, skulls were put in the CEA Campaign, so us people who like to find (or look up) hidden goodies have something to do.

Terminals, RvB easter eggs, possibly skulls, something tells me you guys will have plenty to do. They’ll probably add even more easter eggs for people to find in later spartan ops chapters. Heh. I imagine it will be pretty surreal when Achievement Hunter starts releasing videos on how to find RvB Easter Eggs in Halo 4. Congrats to 343 and Halo for being an awesome franchise and developer, and congrats to Rooster Teeth for being an awesome entertainment company. I would also like to possibly see some Arby ‘n’ the Chief Easter Eggs too, as they were also one of the first and most popular machinima to incorporate Halo behind Red vs Blue.

Easter eggs are additional messages/features which are hidden within any form of media. Skulls and Terminals are bonus content hidden away from the player, not being necessary for the game to progress. Hence they fit very well under the definition of an easter egg.

If you say so. I just considered them Terminals and Skulls. Collectables.
An easteregg, to me, would be a hidden photo, like the “trollface” in the Pillar of Autumn. Or, the RvB marines in H3 and their locked door skit.
Duke Nukem and his DOOM references…Xmen Origins: Wolverine, there was a hidden birthday cake, and a Sword from WoW.

I hope so too, but we might not since there aren’t any Achievements for finding skulls.
