First off this isn’t a complaint saying “I wanna go over budget without penalties!” Glitches will happen if you go over budget, some of these have occurred below budget caps and sometimes cause irreversible damage to your maps. This is a list of all the bugs I’ve encountered in Forge (CONSOLE)
If you go over budget your map will begin suffering from errors.
I’ve had to following happen to my maps:
MAP BUGS:
(This one might only affect Infection maps)
Objects will have a chance to not spawn (often times spawn points) after the first round. This has just a occurred at the object cap of 1600, from what I’ve read is this can actually occur much farther below that lowest seen at 1025.
Players, weapons, vehicles turn invisible randomly and sometimes become invincible.
Once the above happens your map is bricked there is no work around, going under budget will not help the damage is permanent.
While loading into forge you are spawned in in Human form and cannot go into forge ball mode. (Match starts saying “Round 1” just like a slayer match).
Again the damage is permanent since you have no way of fixing it.
Game timer freezes under the 3 minute mark on public for 15ish seconds the a server error pops up bouncing everyone back to the lobby. Depending how far over budget you went you can actually save your map by removing a few objects.
Only one person will be allowed to spawn and sometime a second a few minutes after (can be upwards of 10 minutes.) I believe this is an over budget glitch involving the respawn points that have not been set to ignore danger. (This happened on the map that cannot be edited (you spawn in Human mode and cannot switch into the forge ball)
Object/ Placement Bugs:
In forge if you place a long line of large objects for example breakable shields lying flat and use magnets to attach them to each other, they will appear out of line in custom games while not in Forge. (slight stairway formations and dents that you can see small gaps in-between them.)
This doesn’t have to be long distances I’ve had a small hallway undergo this, as well as a bridge that extends half of a map. (Long to short distances, it appears to be random).
Self Cloning:
This glitch really isn’t bad but I thought I’d list it anyway.
Load up an empty maps spawn the big red kill ball set physics to phased and spam it till the FX budget is at 99% (might be past going into red, it’s been a while since I’ve done this.)
Then switch to Human form and switch teams repeatedly might take a few dozen tries it’s a bit finicky, but a clone of yourself will appear on the team you were on.
These clones DO NOT save once you save the game and reload they are gone unfortunately.
The glitch can be used while in vehicles too; They are sometimes invincible.
You used to be able to have two red bars before glitches were occurring (so long as they weren’t one wasn’t within 200% or 300% there was minimal risk. Something with the newer updates has made it so only one red bar is a risk.
Older maps with two red bars will continue to work and can be changed safely (haven’t tested large scale changes).
Older maps with the old lighting (when the map lighting could be adjusted by 0.1s rather than a whole 1.0) will function normally

Might edit in future if I forgot to add anything but hopefully someone from 343i sees this, as Forge has been a bit of a pain to use due to some of these.
