*No UNSC flying vehicle
*Only 3 missions with blue team
*No Forge and BTB at launch
*I would want 4 warzone maps at launch instead of 3
- longer campaign it should last for 15 hours it lasted 5 and a half hours for me on normal!!
That’s all
*No UNSC flying vehicle
*Only 3 missions with blue team
*No Forge and BTB at launch
*I would want 4 warzone maps at launch instead of 3
while I’m only about half way through campaign and only played like 20 or so MP matches, it’s crystal clear already that 343i has carried over several of the same issues I had with Halo 4, which is amazing to me since the issues in H4 to me were like “no-brainers”. I was so confident they would be gone in H5. That being said, H5 is leaps and bounds better than Halo 4. I would agree it’s worth of an 8.5 or 9 / 10 overall.
-UI is still awful, the lobby system, the MP lobby especially, and even the HUD in campaign are all poorly created. UI is way too basic and confusing, does not give me the info I want in MP lobbies, and the HUD is way too crowded for no reason I can see.
-In H4, coop split screen was awful with the frame rate and lag, but in H5 rather than fix it they just remove it completely. Ridiculous.
-In H4 the campaign was the worst for me due to level variety, and no real exploration. It felt extremely linear, this was a major complaint across all review sites. Pre release 343i was really hyping that this was the biggest campaign with huge open levels and lots to explore. Not true, this game still lags behind the open and epic battles seen in Halo 3 like 8 years ago…while there is much more variety in the levels/enemies/encounters the fundamental grabber of Halo which imo is tackling huge open battlefields how you want and exploring everything is still absent in this game. While the verticality and secrets to explore is a huge step up I’m still baffled by the restricted spaces within campaign.
-In H4 I immediately found the AI to be downgraded from what Bungie gave us. I still feel the AI in Halo 5 is not up to par with previous games. For me, Halo was always the best FPS in terms of open world esque combat / AI / multiplayer maps. These 3 things are all at the bottom of the barrel in H5
-Once again 343i failed us with MP maps and over inflated the map count pre release. There is literally not one stand out MP map in this entire game, and H4 only had that one map that was steller. 343i needs help with maps, they fail to create memorable fun maps with new environments.
-Also I’d say there is a lack of new weapons, and for sure new vehicles which was disappointing. Oh and playing as MC for 3 missions is kind of like a troll from 343i. I knew this would happen just based on the cover art - Locke appears on the left of the cover, therefore he takes the stage as we read from left to right it’s a marketing technique locke is always the first thing you see when you look at the “Halo 5” title and case. Marketing 101
Other than that it’s a great game, worthy of the Halo game, but still not where I want to see Halo as a AAA title
I cannot see the medals I earned after a match
I must have 4 letters tag - I want it down to 3 as always
p2w at later stage in warzone
unfair, poor customization options - choice made only to increase the chances of players buying more req pack
rank system should consider not only winnings but also personal stats - if you don’t have a team you are really penalized
I just get some lag issues in warzone, but just like two secs and then nothing.

> Aiming…Something is wrong with how the controller responds in game. I sorta felt this in H2A also but it had such huge aim magnetism that most people disregarded it…
> Why does aim not feel smooth at all like every other past Halo game?
> I understand aim magnetism should be reduced but we dont have a mouse to aim we have a controller…that gives us less freedom.
There’s an oversized deadzone on the thumbsticks and its throwing off the precision aiming mechanics. It’s a HUGE issue. Especially on higher sensitivity with extended thumbsticks. That being said, it turns out the elite controller has a setting to adjust this. Could they have done this intentionally to make people have to buy the elite? I don’t know, but the aiming is definitely off.
You just lost a fan, very upset and indignant that has no split screen that hurts wasted a good game.
Before I voice my concern I would like to state that I love the game. My biggest concern involves the lack of split screen (I know it has been voiced to death). My two boys (7&10) and I have played every Halo game made together as a family. They even went to the release party dressed as Spartans. We preordered 5 as soon as we could and have been excited about it coming out (we even bought the collector’s edition with statue). To say that we are disappointed that we cannot play together as we have with the other games is a large understatement and takes away much of the fun that we have had together with the other games. I understand that we can play on line together, but that would require having an xbox one and a copy of the game for all three of us. I also understand that the online play is a major selling point to the Halo series. However, I believe there is a big piece missing with the inability to hang out and play with family and friends. I am hoping that it is something that can be addressed in the future. I may be in the minority though and I understand that. I am enjoying the game, just not as excited about it. The boys and I pulled out Halo Reach (our favorite) and got back on it together. For those who read; thanks for listening to me vent a little.
cant play warzone, cant find matches, the biggest reason y bought the game was for warzone and i cant -Yoinking!- play wtf 343 fix this crap

> They don’t have one at all? I haven’t really looked for it, so I just assumed it was there.
They do not my friend, don’t want to make a big deal about it. As I am enjoying the game, but yeah. I want to see my medals
No split screen. This is a staple of Halo and now it’s gone. My husband and I have played Halo together since the start and now we can’t. This has ruined the fun and social aspect of the game.
I really don’t have any beefs with Halo 5. Great game man.
Spawns are way too quick in swat. Found many times that I’ve died before my character has rendered
Is anyone else having a problem with their digital pre-order bonus (weapon loadout and skin). I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it so many times and I still can’t find it in my collection.
Best launch day experience of any game almost ever! I have had zero bugs!
What happened to the pistol from the beta?
I’d like to see an increase of radar range. 18m are just soooo little. Bring it to 25 at least.

Hey man, thanks for not being like the rest. You gave reasons why your upset. Most people are just going “man, -Yoink- 343! No Split screen! I am out” I just wanted to say I have a lot of respect because of your post.
