I think ill just stick to warzone, hopefully they add more maps and gametypes soon!
Apart from those thing the games is great!
Spawns are a little iffy. But in war zone it’s usually because I choose to spawn in a contested zone. Arena though. No reason why I should be spawn killed in arena. That’s my only concern. But I have faith that will be fixed soon
Terrible map selection at launch for a flagship title.
Campaign co sisting of “fetch quests” as entire missions feels lazy and cheap. Come on, who really thought this was a good idea.
Rampant quitting, and when I no longer feel the need to play a 4v1 I’m kicked for inactivity. Implement more serious bans for quitters. I don’t care about you disconnects. Deal with your -Yoink- ISP if thats the case.
Terrible maps in general. Seriously how did this make is by testing at all? No inspiration, horrible weapon layouts, and lack of variation. 6 whole maps for Team Slayer, holy -Yoink- don’t spoil us! 
Am I the only one that actually hates the REQ system?
My biggest complaint…my team AI are the derpiest of derps. 343i should have taken a page out of GOW and Bioshock Infinite. But other than that…awesome game!!
Why is the radar so bad?
After reading like 75 out of the 120 pages of things gone wrong with the game for other people and continuing to play H5 at the same time I found that most people are right about this game. Honestly, I would give this game a 6 or a 7 out of 10. I’ll go into details in a second but basically it’s because the campaign is terribly done. The plot and the ideas behind it are actually very good but they were so poorly executed that it almost wasn’t worth it. It seems like 343 and microsofts decision to release a halo game every year or so is not giving them enough time to finish anything.
Campaign
It took me a little over 5 and half hours to beat this on normal. Mostly because I wanted to take my time. Not gonna lie, the first time I faced the warden eternal I got absolutely wrecked. After that they became cake. Wait until they charge then a few shots to the head. Wait for them to move then a few shots to the head. its really really really simple. He was an interesting character. BUT! thats were this game’s campaign fails. It’s story telling. I guess if they were going for that “modern” fly by as fast as you can and well explain it to you while you aren’t paying attention way. An easy way to explain this game is it’s 15 missions. 3 of which are played with Master chief and blue team. The rest are with Spartan Locke and osiris. Then out of all the 12 missions you play as with osiris a few of them are only talking missions (Not even kidding). There is a lot of ways to explain what is going on in this game. Example we find out locke is a former spy who volunteered to assassinate The arbiter. We also don’t know how blue team got back together. We don’t know where Cortona was slip spaced to at the end of 4 or how she even came into contact forerunner equipment. It could have been really cool. But it almost feels rushed out the door. Like they were busy fixing MCC (trying to atleast) then kinda sat in the planning room for 5 minutes and were like yup that’ll work. nothing else just that. They never asked “Will most understand this?” “Is it interesting enough?” “Does this ending seem like walking out of a movie theater right in the middle just as rocky goes down for the count?” It really seems like they cut a huge section out for dlc later. I know its free but to make it seem like they were working on something instead.
Overall Campaign is cool but short and left me wanting more. Not the good kind of wanting more either.
Multiplayer
I got a decent look at this side of the game. Warzone actually has a lot of potential. It is incredibly fun and sort of addicting. But i became bored of it within a couple of matches. Number one pet peeve is I can never come across a sniper anymore. When I first started playing i had 3 in a row but now its like winning the lottery. The req cards are nice but they keep giving me mongooses… I promise I don’t actually need these. Mongooses are useless in warzone. I have an abundance of other weapons that are “uncommon” but never a sniper. Weapons need a small tweak across the board. AR can dominate at a mid range where a precision should beat it. Really fast kill times.
Orion is also an extremely different map.
The Arena mode has some good thought but it seems like the rankings don’t work quite right yet. I have found people who will dominate platinum and others who don’t know where p is in the alphabet yet. I do get disconnected from arena more often lately than when it first came out. I never had that problem until I read that a people were. Bad luck I guess. If anyone was looking for that ragnarock vahala kind of feel in any of these maps you’re gonna be SOL.
BTB is also not in yet.
Forge
Not even in the game yet. Like I said its almost like they didn’t have enough time for this game.
Overall The game is still fun but honestly it isn’t worth $60 right now. The story wasn’t well done and the multiplayer isn’t balanced. Forge is missing AND THERE IS NO SPLIT SCREEN! honestly the graphics don’t look that amazing that they couldn’t have split screen in. look at the shadows and how jittery some of that stuff. Especially AI.
If I had to give this game a score right now it would be 6/10. Theres just way to many bugs and to much missing to warrant anything higher. But I have had fun with it so far.
The only problem I have is that I make bad choices in multi player… going full noob or Leroy Jenkins. Would love a Spartan ops
Mode tho fun times.

This. So much this. Completely ruined my solo experience. Mind you, it was on Legendary difficulty
The spawning needs some serious work. I’ve been spawn killed (and have spawn killed others) so many times.

Apart from not supporting splitscreen my biggest complain is the REQ system.
I like that in the beginning of the match you can’t have all the toys right away. But how this REQ system work makes me want to hoard cards and not use them at all. It feels like that even a Shotgun is expencive luxury item…

Should have just left game to how it was in beta is was perfect
It needs loadouts like the ability to start with dmr or br if you want and when you get shot at you shouldn’t get taken out of aiming it would appeal to the competitive community.

both of that will never happen my friend and for a good reason!
I dont like the radar the spartans move to fast for that short radar range, about half of the Maps are pretty bad and make some one sided combat over and over again… the maps should be more open like orion in my opinion.
I can’t even download the update I’m stuck on 98% it keeps saying installation stopped I have a disc copy BTW
