Can anyone link me to a reliable source that there are, indeed, perks in Halo 4?
I’ve been browsing news across various websites, and the only time I ever read about perks is on forum posts.
If you want official, read the past weekly updates, they’re mentioned there.
IMO, I think they’re calling them ‘specialisations’ based on the most recent weekly update, but that’s just my personal opinion.

The media refers to them as ‘perks’. 343 does not. The terms “Modifications” and “Specializations” are what have been thrown around. We still don’t know fully what they consist of.

It doesn’t seem like what they call specializations are the same things as modifications.
At least that’s what I personally understand.
