Links Messed Up

Recently, I’ve been noticing that when I insert a link the spacing gets messed up and I don’t know how to fix it. It works fine in this post, but maybe it has something to do when you quote someone and add links? Just guessing.

As an example, I’ll link a post that I made which has two links, but the links are supposed to be on separate lines and there’s supposed to be another space for the line of text below the link, but it’s just sitting right next to the link. Can someone tell me how to fix this? Thanks.

Also, the quote spacing gets messed up as well. There’s supposed to be a space between his 3 different points that he was making. For clarification, I do respace everything during the edit since I know the spacing goes away when you edit things, but this is still happening.

Edit: I fixed the quote spacing and the space below the links, but the two links still won’t go on separate lines. It also took a few tries to get the text below the link to stay on a separate line instead of being right next to the link.

If you mean that whenever you link something (particularly multiple links) you can’t create the appropriate ‘space’, ‘break’, or line gap following it without an additional non-link character then I have been having similar issues for as long as I’ve been regularly posting links on waypoint.

Same here. I thought is was a problem on my side.

Just to update, I figured out the cause for the spacing to get messed up if you insert links in your post. It happens when you quote someone and you leave their name in the quote. If you remove the name, the spacing will fix itself.

I hope the WP people can figure out how to fix this issue with that information now.
