Ya I think H2 legendary Jackal is the deadliest thing on this thread no doubt.
I think Linda beats all of them easily except Deadshot. Everyone on this list is either a baseline human, or a Spartan that is by his own admission less skilled than Linda at sniping.
Linda should basically beat all of them, pretty easily, beside John(aka Master Chief).

I am aware of that, and generally speaking, the character who is a walking aim bot wins in a gun fight. Which is also why I said Deadshot might beat her, because he’s the only character who can conceivably outshoot her.

I don’t see deadshot’s ballistic firearms doing anything to penetrate mjolnir. In terms of marksmanship, it really depends on which deadshot we’re talking here New 52 or Pre crisis. Either way neither are winning a fight but when comparing marksmanship It’s hard to decide since both have they’re fair amount of feats. I leaning towards linda due to the fact she has technology and enhanced reflexes/perception to boost her, not just skill alone.
I don’t think mere clone could really hold a candle to Linda. Same for the Empire/1st Order guy.
