I got the Halo 4 Limited Edition on the day of release, and entered in all of my codes. Since then I have gotten a new Xbox and I Licenses Transferred all of my Halo 4 stuff, except my season pass with the ability to get the maps for free and all of the specializations is not on my Download History. I call Microsoft and said there is nothing they could do, so they told me to post here, so I may get a new code or a fix. I lost the little sheet that had the codes, but I can verify my purchase as I have all other papers other than the sheet, any help is much appreciated.

Were you on the Xbox looking at your download history or the Xbox website?
Xbox, I haven’t checked the Xbox site. Ill go try that.
Try the site, i find its alot better to manage what you redownload plus its easier to find the things your looking for
It’s not on the site as well. The Xbox Representative sent me here to get a code or someone to help fix it. I didn’t know if I posted it in the correct place or not.
343 wont hand out new codes, so you have zero chance of getting one.
If the limited edition data is not in your download history, then you have never inputed it. You may have thought you did, but all account based content is listed in your history. If its not there, it never was there.
At least thats my fullest understanding of the live network account data.

The name of the DLC given with Limited edition consoles is “Infinity Actual Kit”
Described as including Prime skins and 2 helmets, it does not mention ANYWHERE that this includes the season pass, but it does.
Look for that, redownload it and see if it helps.
If it isn’t in that list, even I’m inclined to believe you never put the code in.

To be honest, the fact that the code gives you an “infinity actual kit” is ridiculous.
There should be a better description for starters!
It doesn’t even say it has the season pass.
Also, if you put in the code for the crawler avater (as an example) it shows the crawler avatar in the marketplace as “bought”.
Why can’t you put in the code, then re-download the ACTUAL season pass from the marketplace, considering they are the same thing?
It just, sense, doesn’t make… at all!

Now that is some top info. Nice one there buddy. There really should be a notice on it that its the season pass also. Just another one of several issues with MS and 343 when it comes to halo 4.
