Limited Edition Specializations Not Appearing

I purchased the Limited Edition of Halo 4 and I already put in the code for the Specializations; Skins; Emblem; Map Pack. I checked to make sure I had the skins, specializations, and all of the sort. I had them at the beginning of today. Now after all of these server issues, my extra specializations are not appearing anymore (only the specializations. The skins are still appearing). Is this because of the server problems? Am I going to get these back?

Also, how do I know if I get the map packs for free? I already put the code in, so will I just be able to download them for free when they are released?

i too have fallen victim to this ‘bug’ anyone else had it? is it likely we’re going to get those specialisations back? has it completely ‘forgotten’ that we had the LE related extras? are we still getting the maps?
