Limited Edition Pre Order Bonus Not Recieved?

I pre ordered the limited edition at Game UK and at the midnight release I didn’t receive a pre order bonus code? I asked when i purchased the game and I was told that the limited edition came with the pre order bonus but I don’t see a code inside. Can anyone help?

Just walked in the store with your receipt and they should give you your pre order bonus
