Ive had the limited edition of the game since it came out, and ive always been fascinated with Halos limited editions. but one thing puzzled me; the note Hoya gave to Thorne with the secret ONI note on it. After playing Spartan Ops season 1, it makes more sense, but it still kind of confuses me. little help?
