I pre ordered the LE before release and have had no trouble with it at all up until now.

I recently bought a larger 60gb hard drive for my old fat 360 so that I’d have room for new games like GTA5. After I transferred my profile over and reinstalled the Halo 4 multiplayer disc I tried to redownload all of the various map packs that I’d previously had from the LE, but I can’t find any option to do so that doesn’t involve paying for them again. Some quick googling indicates that there should be 2 separate options for the map packs - one a paid download and another one for map pass and LE owners, but for me this doesn’t seem to be the case. Could anyone shed some light on what I’m doing wrong?

From your Download History, redownload the War Games Map Pass (I think LE owners have something different, like Infinity something). Then load up Halo 4 and download the Crimson, Majestic, and Castle Map Packs from the in-game marketplace.

My download history in account settings had a file called ‘Infinity Actual Kit’. Re-downloading this has allowed me to gain access to the various map packs.
