so went to download the new map pack using my map pack pass and oh no big surprise. the entire download has disappeared. my specializations also gone. please tell me why i bothered getting the limited edition when i now have to pay for it.

Give it time, it won’t be available for everyone right away.
Just redownload the files in - xbox home - account - download history, and all your specialisations will come back. Quit moaning & be patient…
Well the map pack is out, the problem is whatever system is supposed to give you the maps for free if you have the pass.

Same thing happened to me…so an extra $40 down the drain? I could’ve just bought the map pass without the Halo 4 LE and be playing the maps right now. The fact that people with Halo 4 LE can’t, is pathetic. They need to get their stuff straight. Bungie would be on top of these things.

I don’t get what is wrong with people. Didn’t realise you had a divine right to download something you got at a discounted rate, within 30 minutes of it’s release to the public. Just wait, you’ll get it soon. Maybe then you’ll stop crying.
heads up guys i tried going into my xbox live download history, its just gone and it wont let me reuse the codes. a lot of people experiencing these troubles. looks like i might be up for 800 mp points

What are you talking about. So everyone who payed extra has to wait extra hours and possibly a day however those that didn’t pay get them immediately. 343 you are getting to such disappointing levels not even a COD copy pasts could reach.

It would NOT make a difference if Bungie was in charge, it’s a microsoft problem. Shutup about 343.
I’m annoyed about having the LE as well, but it’s not 343 who decided to have a million dlc codes with the LE.

Those LE owners get the maps at a discounted price so where are you getting this ‘extra’ crap from, you have done nothing but complain, Give it a rest.
its not that ive been locked out of using my other specilizations for weeks now. now this i know its only been 30 minutes but still worried my $30 dollars has gone to waste. everyone saying we’re sooking funny enough seem to have the maps

I get what your saying (Why the hell is there a million threads on this? so hard to find an answer, if one this way) but, allot of people bought the LE so we didn’t have to go through this crap. Yeah it will most likely be fixed in an hour or so. But yeah, we should get it straight away as soon as it’s released, which was the point of the pass.
A secondary store would of fixed this. Simple thinking.

I’d lose my specializations every now and then the first couple weeks I was playing. I think it’s just a server connection issue. Don’t sweat it…
As for the map packs, seems like lots of us aren’t finding the DLC we’re supposed to get. Several threads already. Chill, monitor threads, and someone will post the solution.
Everyone with the Limited Edition got this problem, I’m sure Microsoft, 343 or whoever is responsible for this will fix it.
