JThis is starting to annoy me now. Yet again I’m waiting whilst other people play the playlist for castle. What exactly was the point in the limited edition i seem to have wasted my money on? I can view FUD on waypoint, wow as if its not on youtube, where is my actual or digital copy? I would like to put it on my ipod… nope well thats not so bad as long as i’ve got the dlc on time and ready as soon as the playlists are live. Wrong again! Yeah you know how you paid money way in advance well just wait longer than everyone else and maybe on the actual dlc release day cough crimson cough you can play. I mean i pre-ordered in june of last year so invested in this nearly a year in advance and im sat twiddling my thumbs tell me what is fair about that. That business model doesn’t make sense yes give everyone else what they want bar the people that paid in advance, i don’t go to a restaurant and see my reserved tables have been given away before me!
Those of us that bought the limited edition especially us uk buyers have drawn the short straw. I mean not only the fore mentioned issues but especially for us brits we have to wait. People that got the codes during the live stream could download the maps at 2:30am in britain. Why should us brits have to wait for america to catch up to us to download and even then i’m still waiting. This is a very nice reward for investing in something you enjoy and care about. Never again.
I would rather save money and have to wait a few hours. People act like not being able to download the maps at 2AM is a deal breaker. Sure it suckes, I stayed up for the maps but I’m not going to -Yoink!- out and swear it was a wast to buy the limited edition. They never said we would get them at the butt-crack of dawn. Just calm down folks, breathe. I own the LE and the console, it’s not the end of the world.

Only problem is that for those who bought LE pre-orders continue to get shaft as far as Un-lockable gear and these update glitches. It just feels like not only was there no benefit for getting LE it is actually a burden. I"m not a hater, it’s just I see Santa on my roof top and he can’t get his fat butt down the chimney! - annoying is all - I accept apologies in the form of Helmet un-locks if your reading this 343-
I don’t understand the appeal of H3 in 2013, it was fun back in 2007 kinda. I mean I got every achievement for it back then, but its just so boring now. The one gun on start is really lame, I’ve never been a BR fan. I much preferred the Pistol from CE back in 2001. However I love the weapon variety that H4 gives.
Deadman is seeing my point. yes i know yoink happens and i am very patient but for this to happen three times is a joke, there is seemingly no benefit to the LE. I KNOW they didnt say midnight releases for dlc. One of the points is so i pay in advance and have to wait (even if i save money) i mean as soon as the dlc (castle) went live people could download the map pass. And they’d save money but what about those locked in for nearly a year? And it too accept consolation in the form of emblems XD speaking of which 13:37 time and download appears. Still feel copped out though knowing people have had it for hours and nearly half a day early in some cases.
My point is, 343 did not give you any sort of release time benefit when you paid for your map pass.
Imagine 343 had promised you the map pack 24H in advance, and it was then released on the same day as for everyone else. Then I would have sympathy for you because you’d have paid for priority and received nothing.
As it you have paid for access to all upcoming map packs. And you will be given that access a couple of hours late due to some sort of bug. I might be annoyed too, but I certainly wouldnt be whining about it - not that you necessarily are, but theres about 5 threads saying about the same thing at the moment, and theres plenty of whining to be found in them.
And that is why I have little sympathy for anyone who bought LE (chilll for an hour brahs), and no sympathy for anyone calling this a fiasco
