I have tried posting multiple times on this forum, I have reached out to Xbox support and the retailer. Every individual sends me back to these forums for help. When I got my limited edition Xbox One Halo 5 console and tried to redeem the code for my DLC, the numbers smudged and I was unable to enter all 25 characters. I have the picture of the code and the card it came on. I’ve been waiting patiently for some help and it has been a week with no response. I have multiple cases open with Xbox and they all direct me here. Please assist, I’m willing to cooperate in any way possible.
ive had issues with this before. the best luck i had was to guess on the numbers or letters the best i could and input it 20 times. sorry man. you could get help from a friend in person to help read it but id avoid posting in online unless in private. just in case someon figures it out before you and uses it
I tried calling Xbox Customer support again and when asked to talk to a supervisor, they hung up on me. They said even they don’t have a phone number for 343 industries.
What am I supposed to do if 343 won’t answer me on the forums and microsoft and my retailer says they can’t do anything to help me?
They treat you like -Yoink- cause they operate separately from the company they are working for so it’s not their problem
I’ve had trouble with Microsoft customer support before I was once over charged for a months xbox live and when I 1st contacted them they said they would refund me the money and when nothing happened I contacted them again and they denied that I had contacted them before and refused to do any thing.
I tried contacting a companies customer support once and the tried to scam me (not microsoft or 343 though)
I made some progress, I was issued a code, but only got Halo Fall of Reach and 2 Premium req packs. I was supposed to receive 14 premium req packs, Fotus armor and the emblem.
Any help on this 343?
