I tried scratching off my code but smudged the first few characters and can’t figure out the rest of the code, how do I go about getting a new code? I have the number below the code and the code as it is visible itself and a picture of it. Who do I send this to? Already tried talking to Xbox Support and they couldn’t help. Retailer also said only 343 could supply codes.
Looks like this is your place to be if you cant get 343 support directly. Unfortunately it looks like patients is all i would recommended. I can only imagine how frustrating it’d be not being able to play halo 5 after buying the LE console

I’ve tried reaching out to everyone I can and can’t get in contact with them. I’m really hoping their support can reach me on this forum to help. Been playing Halo since day 1 and over 11 years on Xbox Live.
Anyone able to help? It’s been days.
