Should I expect a drop in availability of the LE Console a few days before it releases on the 20th? I would like to pre order so it arrives on time but I am holding out as long as I can so I can rack up some extra money to put towards it. I am thinking of ordering on the 17th but I’m worried it will be unavailable by then. Do I have anything to worry about?

Thats a good point actually… I don’t know why that never crossed my mind lol. Guess I just prefer knocking the initial price down but it might not be a bad idea in order to secure my order.

xD depending on what country your in i suppose, I know if it was UK you could probably wait as i dont think it’d sell as quick as the USA! I have preordered mine (im in UK) just in case though.

If you have the money and can justify the purchase, I would not chance it and have them out. This is always a risk when a Collector’s or Limited Edition is released.

I’m in the US so it will definitely sell much more. There really is no downside of ordering sooner than later so I might as well do it. Thanks for the advice!
I preordered from Best Buy and only needed to put down a $50 deposit. Will pay the balance when I pick it up on the 20th.
I’m on the fence now with preordering an Elite controller. I want one on the 27th but just can’t see a $150 controller selling out the first day.
I just went ahead and preordered with Amazon, they can get it to you on release day and have a proven track record. Not to mention you’re not charged until it ships.

I would jump on it now. You never know if they’ll sell out, some people could be waiting to buy an XB1 until the Halo 5 one comes out.
