So I recently ordered the Limited Edition Halo Reach as my last Reach disc broke. When I got it I entered the codes and they downloaded as usual. After they had downloaded I got a message saying that the Elite armor and Falcon avatar item, and I pressed continue. But these items are not here. I’ve tried entering the code again but it says that it’s already been used. Recon did not even have a message pop up for it, but I havn’t tried that again (I can buy that helmet so I’m not too concerned with that). Any answers? Do I just have to wiat it out or something?
I think the Elite Armor and Falcon avatar have to be unlocked in Halo Waypoint, if I am not mistaken.
Go to your recent downloads and find the limited edition content. Press A and re-download.
Also, I can’t remember if there is anything you must do in Waypoint, but that is how you watch the limited edition commentary.
I’ve done everything suggested, and got the same results as last time. But I went on Waypoint and the Falcon avatar accesory works now, so I don’t know what happened.

You can’t get them on waypoint. Only cqb and mp

I think he meant that once downloaded you have to go on Waypoint to get them, and he was right about the Falcon.
Any help? Does anyone atleast know anyone that could help?
Have you tried deleting it then re downloading it??

I’ve redownloaded the codes multiple times, and nothing has happened so far, I get no option to delete them though. I’ve emailed customer support, hopefully they can shed some light on the situation, thanks for the link!

To delete:
1.) Go to The “My Xbox” tab on your Dashboard.
2.)Scroll all the way to the right until you see the “System settings” tab.
3.) Hit your “A” button.
4.) Select Memory from the list hit “A” again.
5.)Scroll down to Avatar items. Hit “A” Again.
6.) Find each item hit “A” , then select delete.
To Recover:
1.) Press the guide button (Huge button on your controller)
2.) Scroll all the way right to “Settings”
3.)Select Account management.
4.)Scroll down to Download history.
5.) Find the items you previously downloaded and deleted.
5.) Hit “A” and then select to download again.
