Limited Edition Broken

Hi,

I bought the Halo 5 Limited Edition this week (new and sealed) but instantly after opening, I had to find out that the plastic inside the box was broken.
Only 1 Clip that closes the box is still functional. I find this very annoying and I feel like for the high price, I should get a fully functional Box. Is there any way I could get a new one? Is it possible to exchange the Game in the Store where I bought it?

I think taking back to the shop you bought it from is the best thing to do, they should be able to replace it for you
