The overall customization is definitely gimped in Infinite. Anyone else remember being able to toggle the icons to remove things and also have a backround you could change for the icon? That would be a nice little addition and not be terribly costly to do. Halo Reach had it, why go backwards with it?
Another thing that tons of people have addressed is having 3 different sets of armor that all have different customizations. Last weeks weekly (Willow Tea) was a color that only works on a spartan 6 but not a 5? It doesn’t make any sense. Why can I only use the cloud 9 color on one set of armor? I bought it thinking I would have the color scheme for all sets and was really disappointed. On the bright side, I can use my Cloud 9 BR without having to use the skin…
things to change IMO
-adding ability to toggle icons like in Halo Reach

adding backrounds to icons for further customization

add more colors to icons and backround

mix and match “kits” so you can add kit parts and colors to different sets

if a color is unlocked for one armor set, it should be unlocked for all sets.
Maybe even being able to create your own symbol (like in Armored Core 4). My dream would be Halo with Armored Core’s customization options.
Anyone else have some ideas?
