Limit on the Custom Challenges?

I’m a bit confused when it comes to the custom challenges. I know how to make them, and I’ve already completed five for about 8700cR, I was just wondering if there is a limit to how much we can make in a single day through the challenges. I know what settings to use and I know to make them last 3 hours so that they pay quickly, and I know once those are added you can create five more, I’m just curious as to how many times we can do this and still have the credits added to your account. Is there no other limit other than the daily credit cap?

Just wondering, what’s the turn in button? Does it mean you can finish the challenge early and still get the payout?

Yes. You have to hit TUrn IN before the challenge expires.

They say you will not get cR if you turn them in. I think you have to wait for the timer to finish to complete it.

If you turn it in before the challenge expires, it forfits your cR. At least I think it does. A message pops up and tells me that.

At the top of the waypoint page your name and rank are displayed, to the right there is an arrow that when selected drops a menu with four options,on the right is a box that says challenges with a line that says view challenges. Select this and the page displayed will have the normal daily challenges and down to the right is the section where you can create the challenge.

Np and the medals challenge seems to pay out pretty good on MM but Im still tooling around trying to find out which pays most. =)

How can i complete the chalenges. If i look on the challenges in the halo menu there are only the original ones, but not mine. The time runs out and my custom challenges are not completed, even if i do the task.

They do not show up in-game, they are entirely website based and are controlled from the Challenge page on the iOS/Android App or here on the website: http://halo.xbox.com/en-US/Career/Challenges.

Im pretty sure you can do as many as you want until you hit the credit cap which is 200k, i usually do mine, turn them once there completed which gives me credits in about 5 minutes once there done and then just re-do them.

i other words im pretty sure the only limit we have is the actual daily credit cap.

There is no limit of custom challenge. However you cannot earn more than 200 000Cr a day custom challenge and anything else included.

You can turn in challenge at any moment you have finish it even if it’s in 30 seconds.

The message displayed is a old message. It is no more relevant. Before you could turn in the custom challenge but you would not receive the credit before the end of the timer/number of hours you had put in. It lead to people getting 2-3 millions in a day without the credit cap blocking them. Since then the credit are awarded at the same time as you turn them in.

Okay, so I don’t know the answer to the OP. but to answer the FAQ’s I’ve seen here…

  1. Clicking “Turn in” DOES NOT forfeit your cR nor does it tell you this… it states, That you will not receive your cR until the timer expires. Turning in early allows more challenges to be made because it removes it from the list of 5. and puts it to the right side of the screen and says completed
  2. Personally for speed… I noticed that FFScoreAttack is good for getting the headshot challenges… e.g 250 headshots in 3 hours gives you 6K cR, and it only takes three games of Gruntpocalyps which in total takes no more than an hour, meaning you could go for 500 Headshots and get significantly more cR and still do it quickly, whilst doing this I combine it with the Medals one, and go for 200 medals in 3 hours giving me another 2K on top of that.
    MM 200 Headshots in 3 hours gives you 14K cR approx. however this is difficult especially if you are not a fairly good SWAT or TSnipes player…
