I looked everywhere, no official confirmation about the trailer was made, but everyone seems pretty assured it’s the chief in the trailer but there is a crapload of speculation about whether or not Jen Taylor is the one talking in the trailer.
It would be a disaster if the original voices didn’t return, many hardcore fans would be put off. Like me.
Steve Downes and Jen Taylor are really good friends with the 343i team. I’m pretty sure they will be returning. Plus, weren’t they both at Halo Fest talking at the panel?
I find it hard to believe that both of them will not return. Steve and Jen KNOW they are icons to the Halo franchise and without them, Halo is simply not Halo.

it says on imdb and wikipedia that they are doing the voices, im not aure whether or not they are reliable sources for early info on things
in a brief convorsation with Jeff Steitzer (thread about it somewhere here), he told me that they’re “recasting everything”.
