Its under the “other” category.It looks like a slanted lightning bolt.I think i might know how to get it though, but im not sure.If you look below the emblem chart it says "The emblems marked ‘Other’ can only be obtained by achievements or pre-order bonuses and it comes with no pre order bonus, so i checked the achievement list here ------> Halo 4 Achievements | XboxAchievements.com
and i scrolled down and saw an achievement called “What power outage?” and the good thing is that its most likely the way to unlock it, but its on chapter 4 episode 5 and its not out yet. So if anyone can correct me or verify that my statement is correct that would help me out alot. I use it for my clan HVG (High Voltage Gaming).

Thank you, I have been asking for forever how to get this. I too would like to know and if I have to wait another 2 weeks to get an emblem that is close to the emblem I have been using since Halo 2. Ah!. 343 you are silly to make us unlock emblems.
What is next in Halo 5, unlock colors for your spartan?
well i have a few of the other “other” emblems not sure how i got them but they wern’t from achievements or pre-order, maybe its a comendation thing.
and if it is, i would put my money on the railgun or one of the mastery’s.
!!! I have an idea!!! Maybe it’s a waypoint unlock, like the wise guy emblem. And the other emblems. I also heard from naked Eli that there will be a 3 dot code they are working on and maybe that gives us the lightning bolt?! They might come out with future codes on waypoint that might unlock that emblem also.
