Lighter or Heavier Scorpions (For Every Variant)

We all know the famous line in any halo game “Tank beats Everything!”, and thats usually said when a marine (or many) are riding on a Scorpion. with the many new additions to halo 5, most of which are in the Requisition (REQ) aspect of the game, they have many different types of Scorpions, ones with extra armour, ones that are lightweight, etc. I would love to see this in the game itself (but probably not in halo 5, but halo 6), as in the form that some Scorpions would go faster or slower, like the Woodland Scorpion “The new, lighter, Scorpion features improved off-road maneuverability and simplifies air transport into remote areas. Improved Scorpion with extra armour.”, which would be quite literally a faster, lighter Scorpion, or theres the ONI Scorpion "ONI spares no expense with its “security” Scorpions, outfitting them with experimental ammunition using the latest energetic propellants. Advanced Scorpion with heavy armour and upgraded cannon.", which would most likely be a Scorpion that is slower than the Normal/Standard Scorpion, but faster than something like a Corp. Scorpion… I think your getting the point by now, so I would like to see this in upcoming halo games.

So basically make the Scorpion more like a real-world tank, with varients?
Wouldn’t mind that. Would be a pain to balance probably but screw it.

I think that there are far too many Scorpion variants. I would get rid of the Woodland, Tundra, and Corp Scorpions, but keep the normal, ONI, and the new Hannibal Scorpion.

How about we just get the old Scorpion back? The Halo 3 era one that doesn’t have issues with its main gun, and is an all round powerhouse. Not like the Halo 4 one that had paper armour nor this new ‘fat’ fugly scorpion with a pathetic handling and armament. Redesigns have turned it from an MBT into something about as combat effective as an SPG.
