Anyone here has seen it. Everyone saying “halo 5 is the worst halo!” “I’m quitting halo!” Etc etc
So yeah. Everyone is being depressing.
Why does everyone say that bringing back Cortana was bad. Good lord people! We ASKED for her to come back!
While the campaign of Guardians had issues, 343i has learned from its mistakes, and are working to make halo 6 good. They are LISTENING TO THE COMMUNITY. Of course, after they do what the community wants, the community will yoink about how they’re ruining halo, but whatever.
Guys, 343 has learned. Microsoft has failed in many ways, but they’ve figured
out how to make a good game. So, instead of replying to this saying “oh, but they won’t, because…”, cheer up, We don’t need the people who quit halo to continue complaining. If you are done, leave, because this is a chat for halo 5 players. If you aren’t done, let’s work to get halo back to awesomesauce. AND STOP BEING SO BLOODY DEPRESSING!!!

The Halo community has turned into the CoD community. Demand change then -Yoink- about it and want things to go back to the way they were. People are only concerned about what THEY want to be in the game and don’t care about the community as a whole anymore. Halo 3 was this communities prime when everyone had a mic and actually used them, knew call outs, played as a team, and weren’t complete -Yoinks!-.
Well, we were told that 343i were listening and were going to make Halo 5 the best Halo game. And sure, the gameplay is a lot of fun, but everything else is just… terrible. The campaign, the lack of features… Honestly, I’m not sure if I can trust 343i anymore after all of this. This is their 3rd disappointing game in a row, do they really deserve a 4th chance?
And sure, some people asked for Cortana back. Many others realized how stupid of an idea it would be and said that she should stay dead, and they’ve been proven right. Don’t go acting like Cortana’s return is something that we all wanted.
Also, if we just happily sat back and said “Halo 4 is awesome!!!”, Halo 5’s gameplay would have been just as bad, if not worse. So again, if we just claim that Halo 5 is perfect, 343i will never know to do better. And yes, they have been listening, for which I’m grateful. Warzone Firefight is some sort of proof of that. But I don’t know if what they’re doing is enough…
I hope they learn from Halo 5’s campaign mistake. It’s not enough to make me quit; I love Halo, but this installment’s campaign was depressing (Because it wasn’t that great… IMO)

quite correct because we all asked for the stuff that is in halo 5 and we suddenly we did’nt like it and now we are blaming 343 and not ourselves for being so upset with how it turned out but we have to come to terms with the fact that what happened is mostly our fault 343 just gave us what we asked for and some of us dont like it and they are blaming 343 for their mistakes
I really like Halo 5, I’ve played it’s multiplayer WAY more than any other Halo game. I’m optimistic for Halo 6 because 1.) I liked the campaign/Spartan Ops storytelling in Halo 4, but didn’t particularly enjoy multiplayer, 2.) The multiplayer of Halo 5 is my favorite of all halo games but the campaign is the worst of all of them, and I think that for Halo 6 343 will finally put it all together and make one complete game with a good campaign AND multiplayer.
