LOL i hope thats not true… on a side note i actually started to use the light rifle yesterday and think its pretty good when im zoomed in. what is the amount of hits it takes to kill anyone know?
The light rifle skin is included with the FOTUS armor set. Atleast that particular one, i havent seen another one yet, but it could be unlocked. Getting a fotus trought trade now most likely would result in scam. Anyone who has held on to fotus armor this long has it on ebay, and i would be careful getting scammed on any preorder bonuses.

They already said limited edition and special edition xbox exclusives would not be released in the future only preorder bonuses might be

My suggestion would be eBay. Check the feedback of the seller and see if it’s all been positive with regard to recent DLC sales. That’s what I did and purchased multiple Halo 4 DLC from multiple sellers and didn’t get ripped off once.
