Light Rifle available in SWAT?

I just wanted to know if the Light Rifle is available in SWAT?
Because it would be stupid if the LR isn’t available in SWAT…

It’s confirmed that the LR will not be in SWAT. Just the DMR and BR as primary weapons and the magnum as a secondary.

But why?
Sounds stupid, the LR is a mix between BR and DMR(scoping or not scoping)
