Licensing Halo Music

I researched all over as to where I should ask something like this, and after 343 sent me to Microsoft, I decided maybe someone here could help. I would like to license the song “Blue Team” from Halo 5 for use in ads for my book. Is this possible? If so, how would I go about contacting who I’d need to ask about the master/sync licenses?

Off the bat, I don’t think you can run ads with Halo music. But you should check the game content usage rights? Game Content Usage Rules.
