Looking to do this tonight and I have already watched the video of the person completing this in 14 minutes. If someone else has already done this and would be able to help me this would be AMAZING! If not then we can both tackle this as its one of the last ones I need and is pretty dang hard. =/

Just watch that 14 minute run a few times and do your best to imitate it. I would suggest, also, finding the Bandana skull before attempting it. And be sure to have patience. I took me about 3 days to get it.
Yes I have the skull and have looked at the video. I just felt like it would be easier with two people seeing how some parts you must run past the flood and if there are two people to shoot at then at least one would most likely survive

Sorry I couldn’t live up to your expectations. Definitely do what the video guys does. Doing that first jump seems to despawn everything up to the first door. I was able to get to the second or third door by myself though. Probably easier alone.
I got it my first try, and i was hunting for the terminal and skull at the same time 
well its actually very easy
turn on your bandana skull. plug in your second controller and use it as a respawn point.
try to skip the first part like in the 14 mins video. then kill your respawn-chief, to get it to your point.
next-> try to get a shotgun and run throug the hordes with combination of granade and shotgun kills.
once you are in those underground tunnels get your respawn-chief there too, so you wont loose much time if you die one or twice.

This is not actually as bad as it sounds. The main reason is the timer actually resets along with you once you die. I got this tonight with bandana and boom active. Bandana is self explanatory, but boom allows you to use grenades to hide from the flood. The only problem with boom is it makes carrier forms a living nightmare. Some other advice is to throw grenades ahead and behind you constantly, that way whatever is there soon won’t be and to try and run past as many areas as possible, and remember, dying is actually helpful, it allows you to see the patterns of flood and begin to memorize where to throw grenades.

Is this true?
Yep it’s true. No matter how many times you die between checkpoints, no matter how long it takes these attempts, the game only counts the final successful attempt.
So if you take a wrong turn and get lost, get cornered by the flood or just generally think you’re taking too long on one bit then just kill yourself and try again.
I gave up trying on my first attempt because I knew 30 mins had already passed in real time and I was only halfway through the level. But I kept going ‘for practise’ and got the achievement anyway!
