After I have completed a recent survey from Halo Waypoint after joining the Halo Community Feedback Program, but I haven’t received the Librarian emblem from completing the survey. Why is it not giving me the Librarian emblem?
That gift REQ pack doesn’t necessarily come after your first survey. It’s speculated that it comes out in waves.
