Is the librarian emblem still available if i sign up in the HCFP (Halo Community Feedback Program) now and have completed the Halo Wars 2 Beta survey?

I imagine but i was hoping that it will works, i want to finish my collection 
It may be. They awarded a req pack several weeks ago, and it contained the emblem for participants that did not have it. You can search the threads for more info.

It is still available, I also received mine recently in a Req pack. I believe the wait was less than 3 weeks.

Someone found the thread through Google Search and had to jump onto it without checking the date.
I’d suggest having threads auto-lock after six months heh, to avoid more work loaded onto the Monitors to clean up later.
