Someone know if is possible to find the Lobrarian Emblem
I got it via the halo feedback program…
I believe you can only get it as a member of the Halo Community Feedback Program. That’s how I got it.
Only community feedback members get given the emblem, I should have it on at the moment in case people don’t know what it looks like.

Sign up for the Halo feedback forum and complete the next survey they do via email to you and you get a carepackage from them
