LF european players to build/join a team!

Hey!
I’m looking for some people to build up a team to regularly start grinding with in all playlist, later focus on Team Arena. First objective would therefore be to get high ratings in/reach Onyx. I’m mainly looking for people who are competitive and want to improve together. And I also don’t mind joining an existing Team.
At first the Xbox Party Chat is fine but I’d like to transition to Discord/Skype later on.
Requirements:

  • 18+
  • Mic
  • Callouts have to be learned but you don’t need to know the exact 343 callouts
  • It would be ideal if you live in Europe so we don’t have any time problems but if being in a different timezone turns out to be problem for you, you’re free to leave anytime
  • Diamond+ on some playlists with positive K/D
  • Time: Grind in WE and during the week 1-4 sessions
