I have been working through the Halo 3 campaign and I am not getting credit for completing a level and am not getting any achievements. I am not getting the base achievements for beating a level, the par score achievements, or the par time achievements either. It shows the level is not completed. I have had to run missions multiple times to get these (which is annoying).
