Hey there spartans, just want to share something that happened to me recently and would like to know if anyone has encountered the same problem.
About a week ago I played some games and finished with like 17xp left to level up. I had to go so I could not play one more match.
The next day I get online and find that I was already leveled up. This was because my spartan company had completed a company commendation overnight. The error I encountered is that I had no “promotion award” REQ pack to open.
This is not that big of a deal to me because it was a normal promotion award but if it had been a 10 level promotion award and I wouldn’t have received it, you can see how it might be a little frustrating specially when I’m in the 100 levels. Has anyone else experienced this? or has encountered it?

Sounds like a legit bug. Probably because the unlocking of the pack is based on the call from your xbox to the server. When the update is made behind the scenes (company commendation) there is no call from your box to the server so the pack is not unlocked.
Actually I think I know your problem, that is if you’re asking “Wheres my Req pack?”
I once thought the same for a long time, but it turns out you can get Xp with every commendation completed, but only Levels 3 and 5 actually reward a pack along with additional Xp.

No, hes asking about where his Spartan Rank level up is, rather than the Commendation pack.

I havent done this since I didn’t think it was that big of a deal. Maybe it’s worth mentioning.

Makes sense, I guess for now it’s best to avoid leveling up with company commendations.
