Leveled to 49, preorder items lost.

Today while playing dominion, I finished top of the round and got quite a few points. I’ve also been using double xp. When the round finished, I leveled up to SR 49. It then “awarded” me with all of my preorder bonus items. I promptly checked my loadouts, armor, and service tag to see what was up. I found that all of my preorder bonuses were gone including the Hazop FRST armor, the FRST BattleRifle and the assassin emblem (this list is not exhaustive).

Where have my items gone? I preordered from Gamestop and picked up the game from there midnight of release. If there is a solution to this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

just delete the files from your harddrive and redownload them from your downloadhistory. thats how i fixed it.

Yeah, that happened to me when I ranked up at around 36, I think. I didn’t even need to delete the old items; I just re-downloaded from download history and it was all gravy. Weird glitch, but thankfully the solution is relatively painless.
