Is there such a thing as being level locked? I have been a 46 in multi team for about 50 wins.

Some playlists calculate CSR changes based on your score relative to other players, rather than the match outcome. Maybe Multi Team is one of those playlists.
Feels like it in playlists like CTF and Grifball where you have to win 50 times in a row to rank up.
I always saw level locked as being your true skill level.

Yup, Multi-Team is based off W/L meaning you have to be winning games consistently by a decent score to rank up.
I finish first place with the first or second highest score and can’t level up.

You might be doing good but beating on low levelled players doesn’t do any good for your rank, sure you will eventually reach CSR 50 but it will take a long time since you keep matching low levelled players.
