Played through H3 campaign on co-op and all levels counted except for “Cortana”. We tried completing it on Heroic twice (with and without skulls) and the level didn’t count as completed, nor it triggered the respective PVE challenges. Everything else worked fine in terms of difficulty completion, achievements and challenges. This happened on Steam’s MCC. Please take a look at it.
