Level 40 isn't making bronze packs silver

I heard that once you reach rank 40 the bronze packs become silvers. I just reached rank 40 and this is not the case. Is this info wrong?

This is the first I have heard of this, so I am not really sure.

They’re suppose to make RANK-UP packs silver-quality, from what I READ. Originally I thought it was level 44. Not quite sure.

I assumed it converted RANK-UP packs into silver packs after 40, so, once you hit 41, you get your first silver. Nowhere near hitting 40 as of yet though, so I couldn’t say for sure.

Where did you hear this?
