Level 1 REQ mid match

So not only is there a black screen problem now like Halo Reach, but when I JIP games, I’m at level 1 REQs. I wouldn’t have a problem if the other team wasn’t at 5 and above. I prefer the old way where you’d spawn with 3-6 REQ levels available

I hate getting jipped with less than req level 5 cause I feel comfortable on 5 facing higher req levels.
