I was thinking about the maps. A lot of people have been asking for a retro or throwback map pack. I suggest that we use this thread to ask 343 to have some kind of voting event that will let us decide what maps we want in a throwback map pack. I was thinking we could do six maps with 2 from halo ce, halo 2, and halo 3.
Honestly, I’d prefer more Halo 3 maps just because almost all the Halo:CE maps have already been redone and I’m assuming a lot of Halo 2 maps will be coming out for some sort of anniversary edition. but I definitely like your idea for a vote. I would just rather the restriction be maps that have yet to be remade rather than 2 from each title. I honestly wouldn’t mind Reach maps in the mix either, but I understand why people wouldn’t be into that.

I’m pretty sure system limitations would make that impossible. A big ole forge world would be great, but blood gulch, plus sidewinder, plus sandtrap, plus ALL halo:CE maps is a little much.
Well, now that the pre-scheduled map packs are already out, anything could happen.
Personally, I would totally go for Spire or Boardwalk…or even Atom, which would be a good small map. For 3, why not Longshore or even Construct (a lovely map)?
Your right sloppy bottom. Halo CE anniversary gave CE maps their time to shine. Adding reach would be cool. I would love to see the pit back from halo 3. I have been on twitter hoping from a response. I will keep trying.
